Two of the four chairs were delivered in early December.Placed the order in September (on sale with full amount charged to Pottery Barn credit card. ![]() Our problem has been with an order for 4 Wynn ladderback chairs: My wife and I are in the process of moving into a new house and were excited to find and purchase a number of items from Pottery Barn that worked well with our new space and design. But, based on my latest experience I am wondering if the company no longer cares about customer service. I have always considered Pottery Barn a good retail store with quality products and good customer service. This includes advertising for your chatbots or ticketing systems, requesting users fill out surveys, or offering coupons or vouchers for products or services in exchange for feedback. Please do not attempt to sell or advertise your products or services here or solicit for others to use or review them.No namecalling, slapfighting, or bigotry. However, we still will not allow phone numbers, physical addresses, or email addresses to be posted, as we do not want to encourage harassment campaigns. Businesses are fine, individuals are not. ![]()
